    The bot accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, Opus, and Telegram voice messages. Maximum file size is 500 MB.
  2. How fast is audio processed?
    On average, 1 hour of audio is processed in 5 minutes. Exact time depends on duration and service load. The bot sends a notification when the result is ready.
  3. What is included in the result?
    A TXT transcript with timestamps and speaker labels, plus a DOCX protocol draft with agenda, decisions, tasks, and deadlines. Both files arrive in Telegram.
  4. How is privacy ensured?
    Audio is deleted immediately after processing. Text files are kept for 24 hours. We don't store your recordings or use them to train models.
  5. Do I need to give consent?
    Yes. Before the first use you must accept the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Documents are linked in the site header.
  6. Will I need to edit it manually?
    This is a draft, not a final legal document. Check names, decisions, deadlines and responsible people before use. With noisy recordings or overlapping voices, substantial editing may be required.
